Wash chicken pieces with cold water.
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Place chicken pieces into casserole cooking bowl.
Mix spices, onions, chicken stock, and lemon juice into a small bowl.
Pour sauce mix over chicken pieces. Cover pan and bake 25-30 minutes (fully cook chicken; check chicken by cutting into largest segments to insure there is no pink meat).
Brown pine nuts in small frying pan in olive oil. Sprinkle over chicken.
Serve chicken pieces (leg, wings, breast, thigh, etc) or shred chicken parts into large pieces.
SERVE: Chicken can be placed on serving dish of heated pita bread.
Or, it can be served on a bed of rice or couscous. Arrange with sliced vegetables such as zucchini, broccoli or cauliflower, lemon wedges, plum tomatoes.
