Baked Fish W/ Tahini Sauce
Middle Eastern style baked chicken.

Directions

Baked fish with tahini saucePreheat oven to 400F. Grease pan and soak fish in olive oil.

(Rub the olive oil over the fish with your hand).

Cook until the fish is white and flaky.

SAUCE: Fry onions in separate pan in remaining oil. Drain oil. Mix in tahini sauce, corriander seeds, garlic and lemon (to taste) and add spices. Stir.

Pour sauce mix over the fish and bake an additional 10-12 minutes. Garnish with small parsley branches, plum tomatos (can be fried slightly or served fresh) and thin lemon wedges.

Served hot with side dish of rice, coucous, or fried vegetable mix

5 Fish

1 cup fine bulghur wheat

2 teaspoons Ziyad Corriander Seeds

4 garlic cloves, sliced

2 teaspoons Ziyad Harrisa Sauce

6 tablespoons Sultan Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 plum tomatoes, sliced

1 mild onion, sliced

3 preserved lemons or 1 fresh

plenty of fresh herbs, such as parsley, plum tomatoes, lemon wedges

Sauce:

1/3 cup tahini

juice of 1 lemon/Ziyad Lemon Juice

1 garlic clove, crushed

3 tablespoons finely chopped onions

extra herbs, to garnish
