Cremed Spinach Salad

Mix ingredients together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.

Let stand for 90 minutes.

Clean and dry the spinach leaves, then tear into bite-size pieces and place in salad bowl.

Spread the onion rings over top of the spinach
