Directions

Garbanzo Bean Salad

Place garnazon beans in large bowl (remove juice from can)

(If using bagged variety, soak garbanzo beans in water over night.)

Add plum tomatoes

Add olive oil; add lemon juice

Thinly slice garlic and add to mix.

Dice 1/2 onion add to mix.

Slice remaining half Onion as side garnish.

Dice green onions, add to mix.

Add spices to suit your taste. Oregano

Mix well

Refrigerate at elast two hours

1 Pack plum tomatoes

1/2 cluster fresh garlic

3 green onions

1 onion
